These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and crown99 ("crown99", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the crown99 website and all services offered through it, including sports betting markets, live casino games, virtual entertainment, and associated account and payment functions.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

To be eligible to register and use an Account, you must:

• Be aged 21 years or older at the date of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether imposed by crown99 or any third-party gambling support programme;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or organisation;
• Not have had a previous crown99 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Crown99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address and payment method ownership at any stage. This may include a National Identity Card (MyKad) for Malaysian users, a passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame stated by crown99 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of an Account and retention of funds pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the crown99 Platform. Duplicate accounts — including those opened under different names, email addresses or device identifiers — are prohibited and will be closed. Any associated balances or pending winnings may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to:

• Submit a valid email address that you control and actively monitor;
• Create a unique password that you do not use on any other platform;
• Provide your legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• Confirm your date of birth and agree to these Terms by completing the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Crown99 will treat any action performed under your Account while your credentials are valid as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify crown99 immediately via the contact details in Clause 17.

Crown99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of crown99.

The Platform — including its software, data feeds, odds and user interface — is provided "as is". Crown99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of latency. Scheduled maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond crown99's control (including network disruptions, force majeure events and regulatory directives) may result in temporary unavailability.

Crown99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game, market or service on the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Crown99 supports MYR-denominated deposits through several local and international methods, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin). Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the Account payment section and may change without prior notice.

Key conditions applicable to all deposits and withdrawals include:

• Source of funds: All deposited funds must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Minimum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified per payment method and are subject to change.
• KYC completion: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory to crown99.
• Currency conversion: Where a transaction involves currency conversion, the rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. Crown99 is not responsible for exchange rate movements.
• Processing timelines: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Crown99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the payment information section, but cannot guarantee external bank or payment-provider timelines.

Crown99 reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or incomplete KYC. In such cases, crown99 will endeavour to notify the user in a timely manner.

Crown99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, referral rewards, birthday bonuses and other time-limited offers. Each promotion is governed by its own set of terms specifying the bonus percentage or amount, minimum qualifying deposit, applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, expiry date and any maximum cashout restriction.

General bonus rules applicable across crown99 promotions:

1. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement has been met in full;
2. Bets placed on excluded games (typically table games and live dealer titles unless specified otherwise) do not contribute toward wagering requirements, or contribute at a reduced rate;
3. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus remains active, crown99 may void the bonus and deduct associated Bonus Funds before processing the request;
4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent Account closure;
5. Crown99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Users will be notified where material changes affect active bonuses.

Bets and game rounds placed on the crown99 Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of selection. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or betting rules, the specific rules take precedence.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the crown99 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A displayed selection does not constitute acceptance.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Crown99 uses decimal odds as its primary format on the Platform.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, incomplete event (unless otherwise stated in the relevant rules), data feed errors or market-integrity concerns. Voided stakes are returned.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply. These are stated in the Platform's betting rules section.
• Live betting: Live or in-play markets are subject to additional volatility. Selections may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a known outcome are void.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the crown99 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, calculation faults or pricing anomalies in a deliberate or systematic manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other users, or any arrangement designed to guarantee a favourable outcome;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or financing of unlawful activity through Platform transactions;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or allowing another individual to use your Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other verification process;
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authority.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, reversal of withdrawals and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the crown99 Platform — including but not limited to the crown99 name, logo, trade marks, website design, written content, software, game interfaces and data feeds — is the property of crown99 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any crown99 intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crown99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, including lost winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

Crown99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Crown99 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, scores or other information displayed on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the betting and gaming decisions you make.

Crown99 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that Policy.

Information collected during registration, KYC, deposit and withdrawal processes may be shared with licensed identity-verification providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Crown99 provides voluntary responsible-gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion. Users may access these tools through their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as reasonably practicable and prevent Account access for the duration selected.

Crown99 applies a strict minimum age of 21 years for Account registration. Age verification may be required at any stage. Accounts that cannot be age-verified to crown99's satisfaction will be closed and associated funds returned after review.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting crown99 support. Crown99 will process closure requests and return any verified Withdrawable Balance to the user's payment method of record after completion of outstanding verification or wagering obligations.

Crown99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable, in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or provision of false information;
• Regulatory direction, court order or law enforcement request;
• Evidence that the Account is being used by a person who is not the registered holder.

Crown99 operates under an international online gaming framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the crown99 operator entity. Crown99 does not claim approval from any Malaysian government authority, and Malaysian users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to online gambling in their location.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through crown99's standard complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Crown99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, crown99 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or through an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the changes take effect.
